Cancellation Policy

Braid-N-Go Salon Policy Welcome to Braid-N-Go! We are committed to providing efficient, high-quality natural hair care services in a professional and respectful environment. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our salon policies below: 1. Appointments & Walk-Ins: Appointments are highly recommended to guarantee your desired time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome based on stylist availability. 2. Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or will experience a reduced service time. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. 4. Payment: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Full payment is due at the time of service. 5. Refunds & Adjustments: All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment. 6. Children & Guests: Due to limited space and safety, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services remain in the salon. Children are welcome for appointments but must be accompanied by an adult. 7. Health & Safety: If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment.
